Back to Woolacombe

Last year myself and my friends from sixth form went camping... BUT we were destroyed by the weather. We had to attach the tent guy ropes to a bench and the cars just to keep it grounded form the wind. Consequently we also got flooded so everyone's stuff got wet and we had puddles everywhere which I had much joy in mopping out with toilet roll.

This year we rented cabins.... although this wasn't without disaster.

Disaster number 1: our Tesco click and collect went to Bristol not Barnstable
Disaster number 2: a pot hole destroyed Tom's tyre
Disaster number 3: we were restricted to 50 MPH on the motorway because of said tyre
Disaster number 4: the engine warning light then came on meaning we had to wait an hour for RAC in Sedgemore services

Jokes aside, it was all fine and we made it down a few hours later than planned to Woolacombe and had an amazing few nights there. There isn't really much to say except that we chilled out, played games, swam in the sea, had many a cocktail in the bar and that we had a good time. So I'm going to leave this post as like a little photo diary

(photos are not all taken by me, so creds to everyone there and thanks for letting me steal your photos!)
